Help me become a better servant of the Lord:

I am currently enrolled in a practicum in homiletics. This 15-week class is providing me with the theory and the practice of Catholic preaching. One of the most helpful exercises in the practice of homiletics is provided by relying upon family, friends, co-workers and parishioners to review the spoken homily and critique it. My instructor believes that such feedback is the very best way for diaconate students to know what to improve in the delivery of homilies.
